The iorad MCP always follows your iorad permissions. Your AI assistant can only see what you can see in iorad.

| Find and list tutorials, libraries, and public libraries | Everyone with ioradical Agents on |
| Tutorial steps and details | Anyone with access to view that tutorial |
| Team members, notifications, contact links | Everyone with ioradical Agents on |
| Team analytics (overall and over time) | Not available to team members with the Create Only role. |
| Analytics summary for one tutorial | You need edit access to the tutorial, and tracking must be enabled on it. |
| Analytics summary for one library | Team admins only. The library must belong to your team and must not be locked. |
| Data exports (all 8 report types) | Team admins only |

| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Owns the team. There is one owner per team. |
| Billing Admin | Manages billing for the team. |
| Admin | Manages team-wide settings. |
| Create & Edit | Creates and edits the team's tutorials. |
| Create & View | Creates tutorials and views the team's tutorials. |
| Create Only | Creates tutorials only. Can't view tutorials created by other team members. |
Each role can do everything the roles below it can do.
