| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "AI is not enabled." | ioradical Agents is turned off for your account. | Ask your team owner to turn on Settings → ioradical Agents. |
| "To explore your analytics and performance, you'll need a paid plan." | Analytics aren't available on free plans or trials. | Upgrade to a paid plan. See Plans & Pricing. |
| "Team members with 'create only' role cannot access this feature." | Your team role doesn't include analytics. | Ask a team admin to change your role. |
| "Access denied: your subscription does not include the plan feature …" | Your plan doesn't include that feature. | Contact iorad about upgrading (see Plans & Pricing), or ask your assistant to book a call. |
| "Access denied: user is not a team admin." | Library analytics and data exports are for team admins only. | Ask a team admin to run it, or to give you admin access. |
| "Access denied: the library belongs to another team." | Library analytics only work for your own team's libraries. | Check that you're asking about the right library. |
| "Library is locked." | Analytics aren't available for a locked library. | Contact your team admin. |
| "Access denied: no read rights." / "Access denied: invalid id key." | You don't have access to that tutorial. | Ask the tutorial's owner to share it with you. |
| "Access denied: no edit rights." | Tutorial analytics summaries need edit access to the tutorial. | Ask the tutorial's owner or a team admin for edit access. |
| "Tutorial is locked." / "Tutorial has no tracking enabled." | Analytics aren't available for this tutorial. | Contact your team admin. |
| "Tutorial does not exist." | The tutorial ID wasn't found. | Ask your assistant to search for the tutorial by name first. |
| "Login required" or a request to reconnect | Your connection has expired. For example, it hasn't been used in 90 days. | Reconnect iorad in your AI assistant's connector settings and sign in again. |
| 502 Bad Gateway while connecting | The iorad server was briefly unavailable. | Wait a few minutes and try again. |
| The answer is cut off, or the assistant says the data is too large | The request returned more data than the assistant can read at once. | Add filters (a library, tutorials, or a date range), or use the export in the iorad web app. |
| The assistant lists only some of your tutorials | It may have looked inside libraries instead of your full tutorial list. | Ask for "all my tutorials", or tell it to use the list tutorials tool. |
| The assistant doesn't use iorad at all | It didn't realize iorad was relevant. | Add "Use the iorad MCP" or @iorad to your message, and check that the iorad tools are allowed in your connector settings. |
| Claude won't let you add iorad | Claude's free plan allows only one custom connector. | Remove another custom connector, or use a paid Claude plan. |
| ChatGPT won't let you add the plugin | You may not see Plugins under Settings yet, or your workspace restricts custom plugins. | Turn on Developer Mode under Settings → Security & Login, then try again from Settings → Plugins → Browse Plugins. If that doesn't help, check with your workspace admin. |
| Perplexity won't let you add a custom connector | Custom connectors require a paid Perplexity plan, or the workspace may restrict them, or the risk-acknowledgment box wasn't checked. | Confirm you're on a paid Perplexity plan, check the box acknowledging custom connector risks when adding it, or ask a workspace admin to enable connectors under Enterprise Settings. |
